Somalia Aid – Old Black Pick-guard for Bidding

Brass pick-guard for a Gibson Les Paul “Old Black” style guitar


From Bad News Beat comes word of Somalia Aid.

An guitar pick-guard is being auctioned to help with Somalia famine. It's a handmade brass pick-guard for a Gibson Les Paul “Old Black” style guitar, top-chromed, similar to Neil Young's Old Black.

The plate is massive chromed brass (250 grams) and has all feed-throughs for the original screw drillings and the humbuckers.
