OK, just a comic called Rhymes With Orange by Hillary B. Price.

And for those of us totally clueless about CSI:NY ... it's some TV show.... or maybe it is a re-union tour?!

    Maybe it's Iggy Pop.

    Funny comic...and as good a place as any to put the link below. Good story (in spite of the lame title as "...Malibu's hippy cousin") and gives a number of mentions to Neil and ATGR era music. And the article is right: the drive down the Canyon to the sea is pretty damn amazing. Then if you take a sharp right on the PCH and head north a bit, you'll end up at Zuma Beach (big smile followed by nostalgic sigh).
