  4. This band is very good, covers all eras of Neil's music.
played at least 30 songs from Buffalo Springfield, CSNY to Greendale. Lead singer looks and sounds like Neil, great vocal backup with other members. They have the grove down. Worth checking out.

  5. I am a HUGE Neil Young Fan and Southern Pacific was Unbelievable! The Band has definitely gone into the archives with a great selection of song choices. Their versions of Like a Hurricane, Cortez, and Rockin in the Free World blew me away! This a is MUST SEE for any Neil Young fan. Stringman

  6. These guys are really very good, the lead guitar player is amazing, but the vocal by this other guitar player on "Old Man" made the night for me. If you like Neil, you will enjoy this band. Nice selection of songs.

  7. Again, Southern Pacific was IN THE HOUSE......Friday night's performance was absolutely amazing....3 sets of songs and it wasn't enough for me....I wanted more. I agree the lead singer does resemble Neil and does sound like him, BUT def has his own style and sound, he is VERY enjoyable to watch. And the 2 guitar players and bass player are great. They provide great backup vocals, as well as one of the guitar players sings lead a couple of times. It's a nice change and mixes it up. Let's not forget the awesome drummer, he can rock it out......Can't wait until their next gig at McGann's (a little birdy told me maybe St. Patty's day, let's keep our fingers crossed....)
