DeleteFantastic sound, wonderful setlist in a historic venue. This accompaniment by Uncle Neil comes as close to Crazy Horse's cavalcades as possible, better than POTR in my opinion. Uncle Neil's performance is out of this world.

ReplyDeleteI just received the info from the organizer for todays gig in Stuttgart, that there is no support act and Neil enters the stage at 19:30 (7:30 pm).

What a great show in Montreux with over 2h! And the best was: my brother and I met Spooner Oldham and his wife around 3 hours before the concert at the entrace rail and HE even wanted a picture with us. What an experience!
ReplyDeleteLacking to know something about the concert in the city of light, after reading the chronicles of this mini European tour and enjoying the great concert in Montreux (fourth time of the uncle in such a beautiful place, according to his own words), I only ask providence that there be a fifth time there, without a doubt I would repeat, it would be my tenth time with this great ARTIST, for everything that surrounds the city during the festival, the welcome of the locals, the professionalism of the promoters (what a sound from the first strum of the acoustics in Ambulance Blues ...), it seems to me the perfect place to see the Uncle in old Europe.
