ReplyDeleteSo Tired.
Happy Birthday Neil! Thank you for being a True Path Walker. Show (us) the way and (we'll) follow you today..
ReplyDeleteNative Americans believe that those who walk the path of good and right for all mankind is a True Path Walker . They have obligations to all peoples of the world.
"To bring back the natural harmony that humans once enjoyed.
To save the planet from present practices of destruction.
To find and re-employ real truth.
To promote true balance between both genders.
To share and be less materialistic.
To become rid of prejudice.
To learn to be related.
To be kind to animals and take no more than we need.
To play with one's children and love each equally and fairly.
To be brave and courageous, enough so,
to take a stand and make a commitment.
To understand what Generations Unborn really means.
To accept the Great Mystery
in order to end foolish argument over religion."

Dear Neil,
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!!!
Thanks for all that you do!
Really love both Storytone and Letter Home and the solo acoustic shows were sublime.
Much love!

Happy Birthday, Neil! Furman's photos of Neil are simply sublime: "Portrait of the Artist as an Old Man."

ReplyDeleteI love the fact that when I woke up and sat up in bed and looked at the calendar on the wall that my first thought was "Happy Birthday, Neil"!
I have loved that man for 48 years now and have so enjoyed following him! He has never disappointed me; and I love, love, love both versions of Storytone! The fact that there are two versions with a 3rd to follow is simply amazing!
Also loving his new book... reading it slowly for maximum enjoyment!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NEIL!!!
Lots and lots of love,
Marian M.

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Neil thanks for 47 years of music since I bought that Buffalo Springfield album in 67. For After the Goldrush i got for my 18th Bday, And a place for my 18 year old angst in "Ohio". When I was wondering why I had no girl had not done all my dad had and mom had at 20 on a snowy Michigan morning in a Big Boy you understood as I kept playing "Heart of Gold " over and over I felt I was getting so old funny now at 62. Thanks for the acoustic "Cowgirl in the sand" on 4 way street which made that album for me . And when I was adapting to being a bit older you gave me " Silver and Gold" and "Are you passionate" . As my family members passed and friends and mostly memories to think of about them I heard " Prarie Wind " so thank you Neil and Happy Birthday long may you run .
