Anyone know of a pre-sale?
ReplyDeleteIf anyone can share the presale for Capitol Theater, Port Chester NY ... First rounds on me ;)
ReplyDeletetomcrac at aol dot com
Neil's website lists a presale. Is there a code for this on Wednesday morning??
ReplyDelete... and second and third rounds are on me :)
ReplyDeleteHahahaha Dan1... Now I am really motivated to get it first, my drinks will be taken care of for the night:) ... On a more serious note, since it seems we are talking amongst ourselves ..... Do we know if there even is a password.... I was trying to ask around from anyone that's done these most recent presales what the process was like but I guess they are still overwhelmed and exhausted from their shows....see you there!
ReplyDeleteWell, it's what you consider recent history, but he played at the RAI-theater, Amsterdam in 2008, which has a 1,746 capacity.
ReplyDeleteDid he play that show in 2008 WITH Crazy Horse?
ReplyDeleteany chance a passcode / password is not required?
ReplyDeleteWhat's with general admission at a theater like this?
ReplyDeleteGeneral admission would be the whole orchestra. If you check their website they can take the seats out.
ReplyDeleteI'd guess the pricing is going to be $153 for GA and Balcony, and the $228 will be the loge seats.
Pre-sale did not require a pw ... I got a few tickets, good luck all
ReplyDeleteCongrats to ALL who scored tix to the show in Port Chester! Can any of you confirm the price of tix for GA? Thx...The Muse
DeleteWE ARE IN !!!! Looking forward to seeing a bunch of yous.... My concert buddy just called to say how psyched he is .... quote of the day ... "AWESOME!!! ... the only thing we have to do now is stay alive."
ReplyDeleteWOOHOO! Got a pair of GA tickets, and I could NOT BE MORE PUMPED! After I saw My Morning Jacket at the Capitol last winter, I was blown away by the venue itself almost as much as the show. Truly the best theatre I've ever been to. Carpeted floors, amazing sightlines, pristine sound -- this place can't be beat! What a treat it will be to see Neil and the Horse here.
ReplyDeleteSo, is it insane that I bought GA tickets to this.. and live in Austin, TX?
ReplyDeleteHmmm... Only crazy if you DON'T show up...
ReplyDeleteMaybe not quite as insane as me. I live in the UK but will be in China 2 days before the concert ( and North Korea the day before that) so am going to have to find a way of getting to Port Chester (which I had never heard of before today). Couldn't resist getting a ticket though. Hotel booked so just need to sort out the matter of changing flights.
ReplyDeleteDamn, I live 40 minutes from the venue and got shut out of the presale. Hope I have better luck on Friday.

You folks are killing me! I saw this the other day, but didn't check back until today, so completely missed the stuff about pre-sale. This place is local for me, so going to have to make it happen.
ReplyDeleteGA tix were $153
ReplyDeleteNOT QUITE.
ReplyDelete$153 + $18 b/s "convenience fee" per ticket.
+ $3.50 if you wanna avoid will call line and have tix mailed.
Ticketbastard is less expensive and does not charge for mail delivery.
OFW. be what it be.
Tix sold out in no time, but I got 2 on the floor! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo! 4 on the floor!
ReplyDeleteditto on the ticketfly nonsense.
scored 3 floors!
ReplyDeleteI got shut out of the presale and tix today. Sucks ass. I was online just as the tix became available and still nothing.
ReplyDeleteChris
We got 2 on the floor also! We will be representing from Ohio. Country mice are going to the big city for the first time! Thanks Neil & the Horse for the excuse to travel somewhere new again. This will make State # 6 for us. See Yall
ReplyDeletePS, Thanks Thrasher & Co. We wouldn't be going without your efforts! Hoping we see you there.Setz
ReplyDeletei wish Neil young will come back to clev ohio
ReplyDeleteI guess that it isn't gonna be the Alchemy show, but a completely different show. Maybe Americana songs with earlier songs from the beginning? Neil & Crazy Horse are the headliners for the Ottawa Folk Festival and Interlocken Music Festival. So I think the we'll see different setlists. Maybe a celebration of the early shows in small clubs and theaters. Then the Neil & Crazy Horse played a more folk genre.
ReplyDeleteSo Tired.
inchemo 136Two $153 floor tickets cost me $340 from ticketfly. An extra $34. But they let you know that a portion of every sale goes to "local charity". Uh huh....
ReplyDeleteGot one. Where is the best pub to hang prior to the show?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have a spare ticket for the Capitol Theater? I am visiting New York from London then and saw Neil in London in June when he was awesome. He has now cancelled his second London gig.
