They share a technique of creating an emotion by using their guitars. Their vocal lyrics add a powerful harmony. The difference is that Patti uses prose and Neil uses rhyme.
ReplyDeleteI believe Neil when he says that the technique for writing a book is the same as writing a song. It's whatever pours out of him, but it's the electric guitar that sets him free because he's already told his story.
And it's not a coincidence to find yourself humming "Because the Night" after lising it to RITFW ....
