Not Again?! Déjà Vu With Another Jimmy Fallon Impression of Neil Young ... with Crosby & Nash

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon:
Neil Young, Graham Nash and David Crosby
“Party in the USA”

Déjà Vu all over again on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon”.

Jimmy Fallon -- once again for about the 5th time -- as Neil Young covering Miley Cyrus’s “Party in the USA” with a little help from his friends Graham Nash and David Crosby.

Next time, Jimmy? Maybe Stephen Stills so you'll have CSNY covered. :)

Bruce Springsteen and Neil Young: "Whip My Hair"

Jimmy Fallon seems to be making a career out of his Neil Young impressions. Last year, it all started with Jimmy Fallon impersonating Neil Young covering "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" which went totally viral. Then followed by "Pants On The Ground"

Which led to a viral video of a viral video of Neil Young's Emotional 'Double Rainbow' Ballad (VIDEO).

  2. What else can you do but smile? And laugh out loud at "Guess I didn't get the memo"...

Watching Nash & Crosby with Fallon is like watching a visual anachronism. (Fallon's Neil appears to be chronologically out of sync with David & Graham.)

But don't their voices sound beautiful together? And Miley's song never sounded better to me!

  5. ..... David & Graham look like they're having great fun singing those harmony parts. The a cappella chorus brought to mind part of 'Find the Cost of Freedom' ...

  6. Before seeing this I was tempted to say that Crosby and Nash had hit rock bottom - now they're singing with a Neil Young impersonator?!? However, it was really well done, really funny and it looked like they were having a great time.
So good on ya Graham and David and Good on ya Jimmy Fallon! Neil Young says he's been impersonating Bob Dylan for the last 40 years, so I hope you can keep on impersonating him for at least another 30...

  7. really funny!-especially 'cause they all three sounded good together!---FWIW--I saw Crosby/Nash
in April visiting an old friend in Dallas--- and I wasn't really expecting much. But it was fantastic!-excellent band -hot guitar player Dean Parks -he did some pedal steel too, Crosbys son James Raymond on keyboards-Great 4 part harmonies -they did 4 new songs and a covered a good swath thru all their stuff from 8 miles high to the latest CN studio album-Very talkative and funny, really funny---so during the Neil preforming break I would highly recommend seeing them---they're on a roll---!!

  9. Loved it!

Crosby and Nash were already performing on the show, so makes sense to get them in on the act!

I saw them 2 years ago. Definitely worth the show even though it was the casino crowd I can live without...

  11. Listened to this about 6 times now, it's not getting old at all. Grabbing me like the first time I saw Weird Al doing "White and Nerdy". Grabbing me and not leaving me alone. Fallon has got some talent.

Maybe Neil can parody Jimmy doing this one with Crosby and Nash. That'd be a hoot!

  12. I love it! Crosby and Nash are good sports for joining in, and those harmonies! You have to hear the Miley Cyrus version to really get it, which I hadn`t done till now. Jimmy has really made a close study of Neil - it`s surprisingly good so no wonder he keeps doing it. I wonder how he keeps a straight face sometimes!

C and N are coming over to London in October and I`m planning to catch them then.

  13. This WAS great - even a Neil impersonator (albeit a great one like Fallon) leaves C&N in the dust...
