  2. I've been up all night studying for a mid-term, and I decided to take a look at Thrashers wheat for a break.

This three minute video was one of the best clips I've seen anywhere in quite a while. It's great to see Neil involved with the school on a personal level, and that the kids can have fun with him.

I was really impressed with the technology and the way he handled his responses. I guess that's what makes Neil Neil though. He continues to impress and surprise me.

  6. And that's why it's a whole lot easier to respect and think of Neil Young as a good person compared to about any other artist out there. You know the guy has true belief in and cares about the causes he supports.

Tickets, archives, and crappy new songs aside, Neil's still a class A dude.

  7. Crappy new songs!?
Where have you been? The songs off of Chrome Dreams are as good as any of his early songs. "The Way" is fresh and new. "Show Me the Way and I'll Follow You Today", powerful song. I agree though, he's killing us with the Archives.

  8. Totally hilarious ... it was really cool to see that boy giving Neil a hard time and Neil was a great sport about it ... his sincere commitment to those kids and the Bridge School in general is impressive.

  10. "Chump". LOL!
I imagine not many can get away with that!
He's a good sport if nothing else, and he's much more!

Thrasher must se Neil sing 'Mama Mia'!

  11. Even if you're not a fan of Neil Young's music (I love his music!), how could someone not be a fan of this human being who never quits fighter for the less fortunate? My admiration for Neil Young never fails to grow as he continues to be so generous with his time/$$. I will never miss a show of his when he's in MN. Come back soon Neil!!!

  16. We should have more schools like the Bridge School to help all our kids who are delayed in this area of development.

Thanks to Pegi for starting the school and opening the window of opportunity for so many children to fly through!!!
