Neil Young's ten disc Archives collection which spans the years 1963 to 1972 will, contrary to what the singer has previously said, be available to purchase on CD and DVD formats.
"Blu-ray is the future. It sounds the best, the navigating system is the best."
That sounds great...but do you have an actual source for that statement?

I also read about the Archives coming out on CD and DVD in an article that was in Billboard. I don't care though, because I'm going to get the blu-ray version. Why experience the Archives in two dumbed down versions that won't fully capture the essence of what the Archives are about?
