Three new Europe summer tour dates added:
August 7 Helsinki, Finland
August 15 La Foire aux vins d'Alsace (Alsatian Wine Fair), Colmar, France
August 17 LOVELY DAYS FESTIVAL, Wiesen, Austria
This Helsinki date surprises us since it falls so far out of the tour schedule. This must be July 8 since this is an open date. It's common that dates get transposed between Euro format. If anyone reading this can translate the Finnish to English, that might be helpful.
UPDATE: It now appears that these dates are all in August and not July as reported earlier based on comments below. Thanks for corrections folks!
So it's looking like a possible 2nd leg to the Europe summer tour with possibly more dates.
Also, see Neil Young 2008 Europe Summer Concert Tour Dates schedule.
I wish Neil would come to Melbourne Australia. I'm 25 and I've read a lot about how great his concerts were in the past and how great they are now. I've seen Dylan twice - but Neil, who's my favorite musician hasn't done a tour here recently. I don't expect I'll ever get to see him, but if I do then I'm taking my Dad along, who got me into Neil in the first place.
ReplyDeleteOn their respective websites, tour dates in Alsace and in Wiesen take place also in August, not in July.
ReplyDeleteIn the finnish artikel it says august 7.
ReplyDeleteIt's easy to translate a whole site if you use Googles transalation tool :-)
